Especially in a world of dizzying inequality, where 6% of the population possesses over 50% of the world’s wealth. It’s truly scary! Now, though, we’re going to show you how globalization opens up myriad possibilities for us.
Nowadays, it can often seem impossible to prosper or get rich. We often have thoughts like: “everything has already been invented” or “the world is designed to keep the rich rich and the poor poor”. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Every day, newly rich people spring up all over the world: people whose hard work and inventiveness allow them to prosper to unimaginable extents, especially in the field of the internet, apps, or social media, which now offer us so many possibilities.
We live in an age where it is simpler than ever to prosper, reach the world, and grow. The most important thing is to keep an open mind and open eyes, so we can analyze where we are headed as a society and what needs we will have in the future. Anyone can have a brilliant idea to meet a need; something which makes our everyday lives easier and which isn’t already available, whether it’s about increasing productivity at work or facilitating our day-to-day routines. There are endless possibilities. Today, if you have a bright idea and you develop a good strategic plan, you can achieve anything, so dare to give it a go!
Every day, so many chances pass before our eyes. While we are reading the papers, scrolling social media, or simply going about our day, those little setbacks occur that we could find solutions to. Often, we don’t see these changes, because we’re not focused on the right things and our minds are
elsewhere, on everyday issues. That’s why a financial mindset is so important: so we can grab hold of any opportunities that present themselves to us.
We sometimes see the world as an immense, immeasurable ocean. It scares us, and we begin to think: “meh, it’ll never work, it’ll never happen.” We know that getting out there without the necessary training and experience is difficult, even if you don’t recognize it as such, and instead make excuses like “now’s not a good time”, or “I don’t have time”. But that’s exactly what we’re doing here: giving you the tools you need. Let’s switch that fear for eagerness, in the face of the millions of possibilities that globalization opens up for us.
One method that can help you quite a lot to focus on the right things is the use of synthetic imagination, which consists of reorganizing old ideas into new combinations which can offer solutions to current problems.
Another option is creative imagination, which can also play a productive role. This consists of formulating a strategic plan for a product that doesn’t yet exist on the market, based on a creative idea.
So, it’s not just about developing an idea or product that can revolutionize the world. We can make the most of an idea that hasn’t been exploited,
acquiring and developing it, investing in something that we believe has the potential to grow exponentially… There are countless options. Now, globalization has made all of this much simpler. We can travel anywhere on the globe in a matter of seconds, so let’s take advantage!

ACTIVATE YOUR CREATIVE MIND
We recommend that you do all the exercises we are going to complete over the course of the book on another piece of paper. We will be using some of them later, and it’ll be much easier to get your hands on them if they are separate.
Grab a pen and paper. Make use of both your synthetic and your creative imagination and start thinking about some everyday needs that aren’t being properly met. Actions, processes or anything you can think of from your daily life that you think could be improved upon and made easier or more pleasant.
Once you’ve written a few things down, spend a little time thinking about how you could improve them. We recommend you spend 15 to 20 minutes a day, or every other day, trying to find a solution to each point you wrote down. Keep all the ideas you note down together; one of them could be the inception of your new business, as we will see later on.
Now, it’s time to start reading: keep yourself abreast of the evolution of the market, where we are headed as a society and the issues that push us forward. Keep your eyes open and look out for your opportunity. The more you do this, the easier it will be for you to take advantage of it.
